Today I did some research on what's new for fall 2009 -- checked out the In Style magazine as well Canadian Elle and Oprah mag. Turns out what's old is new again or to be more accurate never went out of style.
The classics are back with a vengence. Designers understand that consumers are leary of spending money on trends and so to encourage us to contineu to spend they've reintroduced timeless fashions. If like me your core wardrobe consists of neutrals you're in luck. To prevent your wardrobe from looking stale though, you mght want to add some spice in terms of your accessories.
If you are fortunate to have a waist, then add a wider belt to add snap to a classic button down white shirt. If on the other hand you suffer from the dreaded muffin top, you might want to draw the eye upward with a multiple strand beaded necklace in a colour that compliments your eyes and frames your face.
